1/23/2016 Next week we expect the current feeble correction will expire and the second half of the January stock market plunge will begin. The most probable day for the next stage to begin is Wednesday Jan 27. That will most likely complete the second half of the largest decline this year. We then expect a visible encouraging bounce followed by a longer more gradual decline to the bottom of this bear market. That will be followed by testing of the bottom. We expect that sometime between April and the end of May the bottom will be set for this decline. That will depend on what the collateral damage is from the collapse of several asset and risk investment classes. Our first warning was October of 2014. Our final warning was August 2015 and after that it was only a matter of time. Since early 2015 our scenario and predicted end date has not varied very much.

       Peggy Noonan of the WSJ still does not understand the Trump phenomena.   This is not the regular election of an incompetent leader of a corrupt government with an educational system run by politically correct ignoramuses who think they are Cherokee and Castro reincarnations.  We know the IRS and Justice Department are thoroughly corrupt and it is becoming increasingly evident that even the FBI and NSA have been infiltrated by Obama’s corruption and the incompetence of Clinton, Obama and his 50 Czars.   Massive layoffs in Washington will be needed before we can rebuild the American infrastructure and American forces.  The next administration is America’s best chance to clean house starting with the IRS and Justice Department that were used to harass Honest and intelligent Americans who are now coming out in full force to vote.  If the FBI and NSA don’t revolt soon and tell the truth to the American people, several officials may be indicted for not indicting the Clintons and giving the Clinton’s a fair trial to explain the reasons for all their lies.  Lying and blaming a Jewish American film maker for Clinton-Obama incompetence on the eve of the 9-11 anniversary is about as anti-Semitic and inflammatory as it can get.  It cost Americans at Benghazi their lives and shows how stupid, incompetent, and corrupt the Obama-Clinton government still is.  They just won’t ever tell the truth!
