We don't own any of the stock DRN but it has come to our attention that it is a real estate ETF that is skyrocketing when the industry reports say the RE sector is in decline. I have never seen anything like this inconsistency and volatility before with any sector. Rates have been relatively stable. So we would be cautious until there is a news report.
